Buying and Selling Property

When buying or selling property in the Reynolds Utilities service area, you are required to contact our office with an anticipated closing date.

A sewer inspection must take place before the property is transferred. Sewer inspections are only valid for six months.

A sewer inspection involves the customer’s sewer line being televised to inspect for obstructions and/or leaks.

You may use a contractor of your choice; however, a representative from Reynolds Utilities must be present at the time of the inspection.
