About GRDC
Greenville-Reynolds Development Corporation (GRDC) is a not-for-profit organization that owns and leases out approximately 217,000 square feet of industrial building space to assist growing businesses in the region and for new businesses to establish a place to call home.
Additionally, GRDC owns approximately 1,100 acres of land for future development opportunities for industrial, business, and residential expansion.
GRDC is ideally located, just a few miles south of the Town of Greenville and is located on easy-access routes to Interstate 79 and 80 as well as State Routes 18, 19, 58, 358, and 376. GRDC owns and manages Reynolds Industrial Park, Reynolds North Industrial Park, and Reynolds East Business Park and is also the parent company of Reynolds Water Company and Reynolds Disposal Company, collectively known as Reynolds Utilities.
