KEYSTONE
OPPORTUNITY EXPANSION ZONES
Several sites
at Reynolds East Business Park ,
Reynolds North and
Reynolds Industrial Park have been designated Keystone Opportunity
Expansion Zones (KOEZ). Within a KOEZ, the following state and local
taxes are waived:
- State Taxes:
Corporate Net Income Tax, Capital Stock & Foreign Franchise Tax,
Personal Income Tax, Sales & Use Tax.
- Local Taxes:
Earned Income/Net Profits Tax, Business Gross Receipts, Business
Occupancy, Business Privilege & Mercantile Taxes, Local Real Property
Tax, Sales & Use Tax.
Tax relief by
virtue of KOEZ status is retained until December 31, 2013.

In addition, projects
in KOEZs shall receive:
- Priority consideration
for assistance under state economic-development programs, and
- The lowest
interest rate extended to businesses anywhere in Pennsylvania under
certain state financing programs.

Each of the Reynolds
Industrial Parks is a part of the Shenango Valley Enterprise Zone,
offering these advantages for your business:
- Lowest interest
rates available for state lending programs.
- Accessibility
to local revolving loan funds with below-market interest rates.
- Tax credits
for new construction.
- Prioritization
for certain state development programs.
REAL
ESTATE TAX ABATEMENT
All sites at
Reynolds East Business Park are eligible for real estate tax abatements,
on a graduated basis, for a term of five years.
